Role Brief: The Manager Corporate Sales is a critical and strategic leadership role within FlowerAura's dynamic sales team. This individual will be instrumental in driving significant corporate sales growth, providing mentorship and guidance to Sales Representatives, and offering robust support to senior management in achieving overarching business objectives. This position demands a strong, proactive leader with a strategic mindset, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven ability to cultivate and sustain long-term, high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in corporate/B2B sales, with a distinct preference for experience within the e-commerce, food, QSR, or bakery industries. This role is not a standalone contributor position; it requires proven team handling and leadership experience.

Key Proactively identify, research, and pursue new corporate business opportunities to significantly expand FlowerAura's corporate client base across various industries and sectors.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value corporate accounts, aligning with company growth targets.

- Continuously seek innovative ways to expand product line offerings and service solutions to meet evolving corporate client needs.

- Strategically develop and meticulously manage a robust pipeline of potential corporate clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

- Qualify leads effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and focus on high-potential opportunities.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

- Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, understanding their gifting and bakery needs and proposing tailored solutions that add significant value.

- Regularly engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling across FlowerAura and Bakingo's portfolios.

- Lead and expertly handle complex commercial negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company profitability goals.

- Successfully close corporate deals, demonstrating strong persuasive skills and a deep understanding of client requirements.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.

- Lead, inspire, mentor, and guide a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual and team targets are met or exceeded.

- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to enhance the sales team's skills, product knowledge, and client engagement capabilities.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team reviews to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.

- Design, implement, and continuously refine effective corporate sales strategies and action plans that are directly aligned with FlowerAura's overall business objectives and growth aspirations.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform and adapt sales strategies.

- Contribute to the development of new corporate product offerings and marketing initiatives.

- Rigorously monitor individual and team sales performance against key metrics and targets.

- Identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure consistent improvement across the sales team.

- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate and reward high-achieving team members.

- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, pipeline status, conversion rates, and client feedback to senior management on a regular basis.

- Provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations based on sales data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

- Ensure the delivery of an exceptionally high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.

- Professionally and efficiently handle any client escalations or complex inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.

- Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure seamless client onboarding, order fulfillment, and overall business growth.

- Provide valuable market insights and client feedback to internal teams to inform product development and service enhancements.

Key Skills & Strong and proven background in corporate/B2B sales with a minimum of 10-13 years of relevant experience.

- Must have active team handling experience; this is not a standalone contributor role.

- Prior experience in the E-commerce, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or Bakery/Food industry.

- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication and

presentation skills.

- Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively with corporate clients at all levels.

- Must possess an active and established network of corporate clients and contacts, demonstrating a strong ability to leverage existing relationships for business development.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading, motivating, and developing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.

- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and contribute to overall business growth.

- Deep understanding of the corporate sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on win-win outcomes.
