
BHIVE - Business Development Manager - Outbound Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, with an emphasis on enterprise and managed office solutions.
- Drive outbound sales via calls, emails, and digital prospecting on professional platforms used internally for prospecting.
- Build, manage, and nurture a dynamic pipeline of leads, maintaining continuous engagement and proactive follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Be actively involved in all sales closures, working closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless deal finalization and excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain, monitor, and update CRM systems with real-time, accurate data on prospective clients and all sales activities.
- Represent BHIVE Workspace at seminars, webinars, industry events, and networking forums, serving as an energetic brand ambassador.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Demonstrated track record of success in outbound sales or business development, preferably within the coworking or real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and influencing a wide range of decision-makers.
- Strong organizational capabilities and a data-driven approach to pipeline management and outreach prioritization.
- Proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM platforms for optimized lead tracking and performance measurement.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a high-energy sales team.
