About the Role:

BHIVE Workspace is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our outbound sales initiatives and drive enterprise growth.

This role requires a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in B2B client acquisition, pipeline development, and closing high-value deals, particularly within coworking, real estate, or managed workspace solutions.

You will be a key driver of revenue, representing BHIVE as a brand ambassador and forging lasting relationships with enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and convert new B2B opportunities with a focus on enterprise and managed

office solutions.

- Lead outbound sales campaigns through calls, emails, and digital prospecting on professional

platforms.

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring proactive follow-ups and consistent lead engagement.

- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless

deal closures and exceptional client experience.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth client onboarding and delivery of services aligned with customer expectations.

- Maintain and optimize CRM data with accurate, real-time updates on leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

- Represent BHIVE at industry events, webinars, and seminars, strengthening the companys brand and expanding market Skills & Competencies:


- Proven track record in outbound sales or business development, preferably in coworking, real

estate, or commercial workspace solutions.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven approach to pipeline

management and sales forecasting.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA Attributes:

- Results-driven mindset with a history of consistently exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, high-energy sales

environment.

- Up-to-date with industry trends in coworking, real estate, and commercial office solutions.

- Energetic, persuasive, and capable of positioning BHIVE as the preferred partner for enterprise clients.
