About the Role:
BHIVE is seeking a results-driven and strategic Enterprise Business Manager to lead large-scale B2B sales initiatives and acquire enterprise clients.
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
You will leverage your expertise in enterprise sales, solution selling, and relationship management to deliver tailored workspace solutions that meet complex client Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive sustainable B2B sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, HR leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and deal Research & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline Consultation & Solution Selling
- Analyze client workspace needs and deliver customized, high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft competitive proposals and ensure a seamless onboarding & Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and expand market Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Proactively monitor team and internal processes to ensure smooth execution of enterprise & Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in enterprise sales and client Candidate Profile:
