CMS - Senior Manager - B2B Sales - Banking Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage B2B sales to banks, focusing on the sale of ATM products and services, from prospecting to closing orders.

- Drive the entire sales process, including planning, identifying opportunities, prospecting, managing RFPs, and finalizing contracts with PSU banks.

- Build, maintain, and leverage existing relationships with key customer contacts within the banking sector.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.

- Present, communicate, and influence key decision-makers at all levels within client organizations.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective prospecting and networking.

- Lead and negotiate the tendering process for large-scale banking projects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in banking automation and ATM services, driving the adoption of new technologies.

- Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA (preferred) with 10-18 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting PSU Banks.

- Proven experience in managing RFPs and the tendering process for banking-related products.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers in the banking sector.

- Technologically savvy, with a deep interest in automation and its applications in the banking industry.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
