Job Title: Strategic Banking Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Banking Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in the banking sector. This role requires a seasoned professional who can develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth, builds strong relationships with clients, and stays ahead of the competition.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that demands a high level of expertise in B2B sales, particularly in targeting PSU Banks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing RFPs, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in banking automation and ATM services, driving the adoption of new technologies.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead and negotiate the tendering process for large-scale banking projects.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. A self-motivated and target-driven individual with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals will be highly regarded. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers in the banking sector and be technologically savvy with a deep interest in automation and its applications in the banking industry.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • MBA (preferred) with 10-18 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting PSU Banks.
  • Proven experience in managing RFPs and the tendering process for banking-related products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

A competitive salary of $100,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate.
