Requirement: *Candidate must have a strong market understanding and proven track record in client acquisition. *Should be able to generate new clients within the first 30 days of joining. *Immediate market connections & industry network preferred.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our Non-IT recruitment services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients across manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, automobile, logistics, and other industries, while building strong long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: *Develop new business opportunities in Non-IT sectors. *Connect with HR managers, business heads, and decision-makers in targeted industries. *Present and pitch recruitment services for middle, senior, and leadership-level roles. *Negotiate commercials, agreements, and contracts. *Collaborate with recruitment teams for smooth delivery of client requirements. *Maintain competitor analysis and track industry hiring trends. *Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Skills & Competencies: *Strong client network in Non-IT industries. *Proven experience in staffing/recruitment sales. *Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills. *Knowledge of Non-IT hiring processes and workforce needs.
Qualification: *Graduate/MBA (Marketing/HR preferred). *4–8 years in recruitment business development (Non-IT domain).
