We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with Super Stockists and Distributors and a proven track record of driving secondary sales in the FMCG/Retail sector.

Locations:

  • Punjab, Rajasthan, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Assam, Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Relationships: Build and strengthen strong relationships with Super Stockists, Distributors, and Wholesalers to drive secondary sales.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are consistently met.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new Super Stockists and Distributors to expand product reach.
  • Monitor Stock Flow: Ensure seamless availability of products in the market through proper coordination with distribution channels.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize growth and visibility in the region.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers to drive sales performance.
  • Market Insights: Gather and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to strengthen business strategies.

Experience Required:

  • 5-10 years of experience in FMCG/Retail Sales.
  • Strong and established relationships with Super Stockists, Distributors, and Wholesalers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to expand the distribution network and drive secondary sales.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
