Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue from the Supply Chain & Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Market & Client Identification, Client Engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of Supply Chain & Procurement Cycles.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, focusing on regional or territory management, with national and international market exposure preferred.
  • 3-5 years in a senior sales role, managing teams and overseeing customer or buyer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and Client Identification:

  • Identify target markets, key accounts, and revenue opportunities within the region.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, procurement professionals, and finance teams.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing training, support, and motivation to enhance their skills.
  • Uphold company policies, transparency, and ethical standards, while monitoring team adherence to these principles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Offer tailored solutions based on thorough analysis of client requirements, bringing in consultants or SMEs if needed.
  • Implement best practices for lead generation, client pitching, and deal closure.
  • Continuously review and refine sales strategies based on outcomes and feedback.
  • Track sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet regional targets.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to the CSO.
  • Effectively showcase technology-based products and solutions to clients.
  • Present case studies and success stories to support pitches and build client confidence.
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market share.
  • Ensure the company remains a top competitor in the region, aiming for a top-three position.

Achievement-Driven:

  • Proven success in consistently achieving or exceeding regional sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Expertise in devising and executing impactful sales strategies to expand market share and drive growth.

Large Account and Portfolio Management:

  • Extensive experience managing regional or territory portfolios, including high-value and complex sales accounts.
  • Strong customer relationship management and retention skills, particularly for large or strategic clients.

Change Management Leadership:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement and lead change initiatives within sales teams, including adopting new tools, processes, or techniques.
  • Skilled at aligning teams with evolving strategies while maintaining motivation and focus on goals.

Industry Knowledge:

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B or related industries, with a track record of independently managing a region and overseeing multiple team members.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Hindi preferred.
  • Technologically savvy with strong presentation abilities to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset to navigate dynamic market challenges and opportunities.
