Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time senior position is based across several locations, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Mysuru, Mangaluru, and Tiruchirappalli. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, leveraging their expertise to drive sales strategies, enhance team performance, and foster business growth.

  • Strong proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies that yield measurable results across multiple regions.
  • Proven expertise in managing diverse teams, promoting collaboration, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

  • Experience in student development, including engagement in career counseling and educational initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring sales performance metrics and devising strategies for improvement and expansion.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team across designated regions, ensuring clear communication of goals and strategies.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans that align with the company's overarching business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitor movements to remain ahead of market changes and drive competitive advantage.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee client engagement activities, focusing on student development and career counseling services.
  • Identify and lead new business development initiatives to expand market presence and penetrate untapped segments.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets by fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team.
