We are seeking a highly motivatedand results-driven Healthcare Payers Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by sellingsolutions and services to healthcare insurance companies (payers). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare payer sales, enterprise solutions, and consultative selling with a proven ability to establish relationships with key decision-makers within insurance carriers, managed care organizations (MCOs), and third-party administrators (TPAs).Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the entire bid process end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions - Experience: 8-10yrs - Collaborate proactively with multiple stakeholders, including Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams, to gather inputs and align on strategy - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to develop compelling bid documents and presentations - Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and professionally - Maintain a hands-on and creative approach, taking full ownership of the bid activities and driving results under tight deadlines - Work flexible hours with availability until 4 PM EST to coordinate with North American business hours - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Prior experience specifically in Oracle bid management will be considered a significant advantageWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Comprehensive benefits package and Insurance. - Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. - A supportive and collaborative company culture.
