Presales Specialist – Network TransformationLocation: BangaloreMin Experience5+ years of relevant experienceRole DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Specialist – Network Transformation to support our enterprise IT infrastructure business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and proposing networking solutions from leading OEMs such as Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Ruckus, Arista, Fortinet, HPE, and Dell, among others.Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their IT infrastructure, especially network environments, pain points, and transformation goals. Design and propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective network transformation solutions including SD-WAN, MPLS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and cloud-based networking. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solutions documents, bill of materials, and RFP responses. Collaborate with OEMs (Cisco, Juniper, HPE Aruba, etc.) and internal solution teams to align offerings with customer needs. Provide technical consulting and support during sales cycles including PoCs, workshops, and solution walkthroughs. Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.Personality Traits- Effective verbal and written Communication Skills - Presentation skills - Ability to defuse potential escalations - Sense of ownership and urgency - Passion for upskilling and staying current to market trends - Ready to work in ShiftsRequired Skills 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking with at least 3 years in a presales or solutioning role. Strong understanding of network design, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN technologies. Experience in network assessments, transformation roadmaps, and migration strategies. Certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, NSE, or equivalent are preferred. Strong presentation, communication, and proposal writing skills.
