Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive in Sales to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The right candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is integral to our business development team and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in sales industry.
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  • Demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software is mandatory for managing customer relationships and streamlining the sales process.
  • Lead generation skills are crucial, as they will help in identifying and securing new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is required to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions and data (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in market analysis to understand industry trends and competition for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in cold calling to reach potential clients and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Understanding of digital marketing to promote products and services through various online channels.
  • Customer relationship management skills to enhance client engagement and satisfaction with our services.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Engage directly with founders, and decision-makers to understand their needs and pitch relevant production solutions.
  • Prepared and presented customized proposals and plans that met client objectives.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and take ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster business growth.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are achieved.
  • Utilize CRM tools and Salesforce to manage client accounts and track sales activities efficiently.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
