We're looking for a sharp, driven, and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, converting them into long-term clients, and driving sustained revenue growth. If you're confident making strong pitches, building strategic relationships, and navigating complex B2B sales cycles, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing and post-sale relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at SMBs and large enterprises.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and closing high-value opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Lead client negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics for regular reporting to leadership.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Digital Marketing, Accounting, SaaS, Consulting, or Tech solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach; comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build from 01 and scale client accounts strategically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise sales tools.
- Analytical thinker with a knack for understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
