Developing good communication between Team Leaders & team2. Handling Call Centre3. Training team regularly & improving productivity of each team member4. Handling sales queries raise from University/ Students5. To drive student admission numbers6. Quality Improvement initiatives7. Will work closely to develop short- and long-term strategies to efficiently grow thetotal business8. Will ensure team has the guidance, resources, and skill to dramatically increase sales by identifying marketopportunities, driving new business9. Coordinate with various departments, within organisation to ensure smooth services10.
