As we expand our B2C vertical, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can turn every inquiry into a delighted client — someone who understands premium consumer expectations and knows how to balance empathy with commercial drive.The Role in a Nutshell You’ll be the anchor of our B2C revenue engine. From Instagram leads and website inquiries to referrals, collaborations, and walk-ins - you’ll own the entire sales funnel. This role blends sales strategy (pipeline building, partnerships, reporting) with execution (follow-ups, negotiations, and client onboarding). If you’re persuasive, structured, and thrive in premium creative sales, this role is made for you.What You’ll Do Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales funnel (inquiries → consultations → bookings → repeat clients). Execute structured follow-ups, outbound calls, and collaboration-driven campaigns to maximize conversions. Lead Management & Reporting: Track every lead like it’s gold. Maintain daily dashboards, weekly reviews, and monthly forecasts. Share insights and trends with the Founder to stay ahead of the curve. Negotiation & Collections: Convert interest into confirmed bookings at premium pricing while safeguarding margins. Manage timely collections (advance to settlement) with professionalism and tact. Collaboration & Client Experience: Partner with the creative and operations teams to ensure every client’s journey — from first contact to photo delivery — feels seamless, memorable, and premium. Process Improvements: Continuously refine sales processes to make lead handling more structured, data-backed, and efficient.Who You Are 4–8 years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in premium consumer services such as photography, events, lifestyle, hospitality, or creative agencies. A proven closer — consistently achieving or exceeding targets while maintaining client satisfaction. Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and data-driven reporting. Exceptional communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
