We are hiring for Lead Generation/Inside Sales Executive for our Organization.IT Sales/ Non IT sales both will considerExperience: 1- 3.5 yearsJob Location: Vikhroli, MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. - Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (BANT Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline). - Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition. - Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call details. - Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities. - Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in B2B/B2C lead generation. - Familiarity with cold calling scripts and objection handling techniques.If interested please share your cv at : snehal.pawar@simplelogic.in
