Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building client relationships, and supporting the business development teams in achieving their targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in the background verifications industry.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
3. Assist the business development teams in achieving sales targets.
4. Qualify leads and assess their fit for the company's background verification products or services.
5. Present services to clients, negotiate deals, and successfully close sales in collaboration with the business development teams.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to support sales efforts.
7. Utilize a CRM system to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
8. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly presentations to the Directors, providing updates on business developments and targets.
10. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and analyzing sales data.
