Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives within the designated area.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Set sales targets for the area and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Implement initiatives to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Ensure that team members are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Generate regular sales reports detailing performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and enhance overall customer experience.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
