Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Head at Visaman Infra Projects Private Limited (PEB Vertical). The HR Head will be responsible for Recruiting and managing human resources, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing HR management functions.


Qualifications

  • Team Building Leadership to Executives
  • Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee grievances effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
