Review HR policies & procedures and formulate new/revised HR policies & procedures in close collaboration with the HR CoE teams, legal etc. Continually assess the adequacy of existing HR policies to meet the emerging workforce and the organization needsEnsures research, and evaluation is conducted on the regulations, rules, policies and procedures available in comparable organisations, and develops procedures and guidelines in consultation with relevant stakeholders, ensuring consistency with the organisation’s priorities, legislative framework, management objectives, in order to support the CoE teams and promote efficiency and effectiveness in HR practicesEnsure that the HRMS is up & running with timely updates & enhancements. Responsible for all kinds of analytics & reporting arising from the data in the systemMaintain a repository of all employee documents on the HRMS system and tracking processes such as onboarding/offboarding on the system to ensure compliance to the company standard timelinesAccountable for managing the

system's business requirements, design, and sustaining

the technical/data/process elements of deploying all HR Projects.Strategic HR Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Design and develop customized solutions , and create/present collaterals to leadership teams (CXOs and Business Heads).

Knowledge and Skills-

8+ years of experience working in and managing People operations/ HR Shared services and HR technology.In Depth Knowledge of Indian labour laws. Knowledge of cross geographical labour laws would be an advantageExcellent communication skills - verbal, written, listeningStrong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy and manage operations teams.Knowledge of HRMS would be an added advantageAdvanced Excel and other Microsoft Office toolsAbility to build partnerships with CXOs, Leadership, Human Resources, allied functions.
