Key Responsibilities B2B Sales Strategy- Develop and implement strategic plans for B2B sales, targeting key industries and market segments.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to execution, ensuring a strong sales funnel at all times.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for digital gift vouchers .
- Drive enterprise sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders .
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure —ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred ).
- 10+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fintech, Payments, Gift Vouchers, Loyalty, Retail, or E-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships .
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset .
- Willingness to travel as required .
