GyFTR is the brand name for Vouchagram India Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore-based company working in the Digital Payments, Instant Rewards, and Gift Vouchers space. GyFTR is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 250 + brands like Levi's, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos, etc. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells, etc. to name a few, and servicing top 12 private sector banks.

GyFTR is the market leader, owning 70% of the market share as per numbers with a footprint covering 90% of space.  The company has grown more than 150% year on year over the last 3 years.

Qualifications and Skills: -

  • Proven track record in managing strategic alliances and partnerships, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the fintech landscape and market trends.
  • Proficiency in handling P&L responsibilities and legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate technical aspects and drive efficient API integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data and market trends.

Key Responsibilities: -

  1. Managing Existing Brand Relationships:
  • Oversee relationship aspects by leading and organizing mapping efforts within the organization.
  • Supervise the servicing of existing brand relationships alongside the dedicated team.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage P&L for brands, ensuring commercial success.
  • Work in tandem with the legal team to efficiently close agreements and manage legal aspects.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to handle technical aspects ensuring seamless integration.
  1. Driving New Business Development & Servicing:
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partnerships in collaboration with the direct team.
  • Scouting the brands, creating leads for prospective business opportunities, commercial discussions & negotiations  
  • Understand client requirements & onboard brands accordingly
  1. Reporting, Analysis, and Brand Reviews:
  • Generate comprehensive reports and conduct thorough analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.
  1. Market Understanding and Competitive Analysis:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business, market needs, and competitive environment of our clients.
  1. Technical Execution and Negotiations :
  • Facilitate coordination between the technical teams of our company and Partner Brands for API integration.
  • Conduct negotiations with the Finance teams of Partner Brands to finalize commercial engagements.
