Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as
databases, market research, and networking.
• Client Engagement: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to
introduce Tradologie's offerings and demonstrate its value proposition.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to
meet their procurement needs.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client
information and track sales activities effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and
operations, to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
• Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently
closing deals and onboarding new clients.
• Feedback Collection: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback to
improve services and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role (minimum 1–3 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for negotiation.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
KPI/KRA Details
1. New Contacts: Daily/weekly contact targets for potential clients.
2. Meetings Scheduled: Number of client meetings scheduled.
3. Sales Presentations: Support in delivering presentations to prospective clients.
4. Sales Conversion Rate: Track contributions to lead conversions.
5. Feedback and Reporting: Timely submission of accurate reports and insights.
