Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and forming strategic partnerships with e-commerce sellers. Key responsibilities include:
- Closing sales and lead generation through effective pipeline management.
- Overseeing personnel (5-10 BDEs) in the company's inside sales team.
- Implementing sales strategies decided by top management.
- Maintaining daily sales operations and tracking key metrics such as talk time, dialed calls, and average TT.
- Ensuring timely completion of daily sales targets.
- Managing the sales process for inbound and outbound leads.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding junior members in the team.
- Building relationships with potential clients and networking.
- Displaying enthusiasm and owning end-to-end sales cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Relevant experience in inside sales.
- Team handling experience of 1.5-3 years.
- An excellent command over English and Hindi languages.
- Proficiency in Ms Office.
- A minimum of graduation in any field.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. You can expect a fast-paced working environment, attractive incentives, and opportunities for professional growth.
