Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and forming strategic partnerships with e-commerce sellers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Closing sales and lead generation through effective pipeline management.
  • Overseeing personnel (5-10 BDEs) in the company's inside sales team.
  • Implementing sales strategies decided by top management.
  • Maintaining daily sales operations and tracking key metrics such as talk time, dialed calls, and average TT.
  • Ensuring timely completion of daily sales targets.
  • Managing the sales process for inbound and outbound leads.
  • Training, mentoring, and guiding junior members in the team.
  • Building relationships with potential clients and networking.
  • Displaying enthusiasm and owning end-to-end sales cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Relevant experience in inside sales.
  • Team handling experience of 1.5-3 years.
  • An excellent command over English and Hindi languages.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office.
  • A minimum of graduation in any field.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. You can expect a fast-paced working environment, attractive incentives, and opportunities for professional growth.
