Customer Success Manager

Position : Customer Success Manager/Engagement Manager
Location : Mumbai/Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our customers on a day to day basis to ensure their success
- Engage with customers managers to actively identify and develop opportunities
- Facilitate discussions between customers and Zemoso teams to explore opportunities
- Hold joint responsibility for growth and expansion of customer accounts
- Travel or relocate for short durations to client locations as needed
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges
- 5+ years experience in customer facing roles like Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Sales etc for mid sized IT Services companies
- Ability to proactively strike up engaging conversations with mid to top level IT managers, executives and business managers of multi national companies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience with different sales strategies and sales playbooks
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
