Position : Customer Success Manager/Engagement Manager


Location : Mumbai/Pune


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our customers on a day to day basis to ensure their success
  • Engage with customers managers to actively identify and develop opportunities
  • Facilitate discussions between customers and Zemoso teams to explore opportunities
  • Hold joint responsibility for growth and expansion of customer accounts
  • Travel or relocate for short durations to client locations as needed

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges
  • 5+ years experience in customer facing roles like Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Sales etc for mid sized IT Services companies
  • Ability to proactively strike up engaging conversations with mid to top level IT managers, executives and business managers of multi national companies
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Experience with different sales strategies and sales playbooks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
