Job Description:

As a Growth & Revenue Associate, you will focus on driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency. This role involves managing day-to-day inter-team coordination, streamlining processes, and executing revenue-focused strategies as we scale Liquide on our journey from x to 10x.

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration across functions. A basic understanding of the Indian stock market and user psyche is critical for success in this role. We prefer candidates who have traded in a personal capacity and are familiar with the nuances of investing.


Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Optimization: Drive initiatives to boost revenue through campaign execution, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle management.

• Operational Coordination: Act as the central point for inter-team coordination, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and business functions to achieve growth targets.

• Campaign Execution & Analysis: Execute revenue-focused campaigns across multiple channels (Push Notifications, Emails, WhatsApp, SMS) and measure their effectiveness.

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze user and campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights to inform revenue strategies.

• Customer Journey Management: Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience that drives retention and monetization.

• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows for better execution and scalability.

• Stock Market Insights: Leverage knowledge of the Indian stock market to align campaigns and strategies with user behavior and psyche.

• Leadership Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights on operational performance and revenue metrics to the leadership team.

• Adaptability: Take on unforeseen tasks and priorities with agility and focus.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of the Indian stock market and investment behavior.

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate across teams effectively.

• Familiarity and experience with tools such as WebEngage, Gupshup, or similar platforms (this is a must).

• Strong English language proficiency with the ability to create impactful communications.

• Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results under pressure.
