Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing and Growth Associate who can blend creative genius with strategic execution to build a compelling brand presence, foster meaningful collaborations, and create marketing materials that captivate diverse audiences. In this role, you’ll manage everything from crafting brochures that stand out to organizing co-branded events with industry partners, all while ensuring Wundrsight Health remains top-of-mind in mental health innovation.


A Day in the Life

  • Morning: Brainstorm creative content ideas for social media and draft copy for a short-form video campaign targeting corporates on Instagram.
  • Midday: Collaborate with the design team to finalize a visually stunning brochure for a workshop on digital therapeutics for mental health.
  • Afternoon: Attend a meeting with a university partner to co-create a webinar series aimed at engaging mental health professionals and students.
  • Evening: Wrap up by reviewing performance metrics of a recent event, identifying areas for improvement, and planning for the next initiative.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Marketing Materials & Brand Identity
  • Develop all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, white papers, presentations, and case studies, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling assets tailored for healthcare organizations, corporates, and academic partners.
  • Regularly refresh and update marketing resources to align with evolving brand goals and market trends.


2. Event Planning & Co-Marketing

  • Organize and execute offline events such as workshops, webinars, and conferences to highlight Wundrsight Health’s solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create impactful co-branded events and campaigns that amplify shared goals.
  • Example: Co-host a wellness day with a corporate partner, complete with product demonstrations and expert-led mental health sessions.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, corporate wellness teams, and healthcare organizations.
  • Example: Work closely with a hospital partner to design a promotional campaign around integrating Wundrsight Health’s products into their mental health programs.
  • Represent Wundrsight Health at industry events to establish credibility and explore collaboration opportunities.


4. Content & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and implement a short-form content strategy for , Instagram, and YouTube to increase brand visibility.
  • Example: Conceptualize and produce a series of 1-minute videos showcasing user testimonials and expert advice on managing mental health.
  • Optimize content for SEO to drive website traffic and enhance discoverability by the right audiences.


5. Creative Campaigns

  • Brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with stakeholders, taking inspiration from iconic advertising strategies.
  • Example: Create a “Workplace Mental Health” campaign featuring testimonials, infographics, and interactive webinars to engage a wide audience.


What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in marketing, branding, or event management.
  • Proven ability to create and implement marketing campaigns, develop promotional materials, or organize successful events.

Education:

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Psychology, or a related field.
  • Candidates with relevant educational backgrounds in allied disciplines are also welcome.

Creativity:

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging content and impactful marketing strategies.
  • A passion for building brands and creating marketing materials that capture attention and inspire action.

Strategic Thinking:

  • A clear understanding of how marketing initiatives support broader business goals.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and measure marketing efforts to achieve tangible results.

Relationship Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with partners, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with a wide range of people, including corporate leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic representatives.

Adaptability:

  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Able to take on new challenges, think on their feet, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
