Our platform combines cutting-edge artificial intelligence with human expertise to revolutionize customer interactions—boosting conversions, enhancing experiences, and eliminating revenue leaks for leading consumer brands.We’re entering an exciting phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead strategic alliances with top System Integrators (SIs), BPOs, and Consulting firms to accelerate AI adoption across industries such as BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. - Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to enable AI transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. - Design and implement co-selling, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market (GTM) programs with ecosystem partners. - Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals. - Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure success and optimize future strategies.Requirements- 2–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles. - Proven ability to establish and scale partnerships that drive measurable business impact. - Strong understanding of AI applications in sales, customer experience, and support processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end partnership initiatives. - Experience in creating and managing partnership programs from the ground up.
