Soft Skill Trainer will play a key role in the Learning & Development (L&D) department by designing, developing, and implementing training programs focused on enhancing employees' soft skills. These skills include communication, leadership, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, time management, conflict resolution, and teamwork. The role requires both hands-on training delivery and strategic oversight to ensure that soft skill training aligns with organizational objectives and contributes to employees’ personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of soft skills training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Customize training programs based on the organizational needs, employee profiles, and business objectives.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them based on feedback and performance metrics.


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy that addresses current and future skill gaps within the organization.
  • Establish a training calendar and ensure its execution in a timely and efficient manner.


Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments that cater to different learning styles.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect the latest trends, research, and best practices in soft skills and organizational development.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to identify and assess training needs.
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to report on training progress, outcomes, and feedback.


Performance Metrics & Reporting:

  • Define clear objectives for each training initiative and develop mechanisms for measuring training success and impact on employee performance.
  • Generate reports on training effectiveness, ROI, and improvement areas for stakeholders.
