Role:Training of Sales force to equip them with therapy knowledge, skill and Inclinic effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:1)Plan and design training calendar for the entire year.2) Pre training study material and pre training evaluation.3)Update & arrange training material/product manual /induction.4)Conduct training for the divisions assigned.5) Evaluation of training participants on knowledge and skill post training.6) Detailed feedback of each participant after final evaluation.7)Design and develop e-learning modules & conduct evaluations/tests.8)Plan and conduct refresher/reorientation programs for experienced field employees.9) Field work to identify training needs & and post training support as per requirement.
