Job Description:
Onextel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Gurgaon team.
The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value deals with enterprise clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
The individual will act as a trusted advisor, positioning Onextels solutions as integral to clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise customers within the BFSI domain, ensuring alignment with Onextels strategic goals.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise
clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and present customized solutions that address their business challenges and objectives, aligning Onextels services with their goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the BFSI sector to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare accurate forecasts, and report progress to senior management regularly.
Requirements, qualifications and
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales in the CPaaS telecommunications industry.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Masters degree is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose actionable solutions.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
Working position, with working hours typically from 9:30 am to 6:30pm Mondays till Fridays.
Based at Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurugram location.
