Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to align with corporate goals and drive significant revenue growth.
- Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key enterprise accounts.
- Engage in detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly showcasing the benefits and features of AiSensy's WhatsApp Engagement Platform.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, requirements, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions that genuinely enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns for enterprise clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while upholding AiSensy's values and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within your assigned territory.
- Represent AiSensy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and forge strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the product development team to relay valuable customer feedback and insights, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of AiSensy's offerings.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets while consistently aligning with AiSensy's strategic objectives.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and relevant market insights.
- Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement within the sales team.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with a strategic and consultative sales approach.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 14+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Team Management.
- Proven expertise in non-IT hiring, particularly for roles in construction, design consulting, and engineering services organizations.
- Demonstrated experience hiring for roles in Building Design, Civil/Structural/MEP, Engineering, and Water sectors.
- Strong understanding of strategic talent acquisition practices and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 5 days a week from the office
