About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic ERP Sales Specialist to join our team and spearhead the end-to-end sales process for our ERP solutions, with a strong focus on the Odoo platform. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a consultative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in B2B technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete ERP sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.

- Target mid-to-large enterprises and engage directly with decision-makers, including CXOs.

- Conduct client discovery meetings, deliver customized product demos, and articulate solution value propositions.

- Prepare detailed proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and lead pricing and contract negotiations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline records using CRM tools.

- Provide weekly updates and forecasts to the Sales Head.

- Stay abreast of ERP market trends, Odoo product enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in ERP or enterprise SaaS.

- Prior experience with Odoo or other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

- Strong understanding of core business functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, etc.).

- Proven success in consultative selling, solution pitching, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Skilled in CRM usage, sales pipeline management, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Odoo certification or formal training.

- Experience in ERP channel sales or working with resellers/implementation partners.

- Existing client relationships in retail, services, or manufacturing sectors.
