About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic real estate
team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for
property sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role
in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless
customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Gurugram real estate market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and
communication.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of self-motivation and target orientation.
Familiarity with Gurugrams real estate market trends and property laws is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
