Job Title: Enterprise Security Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure SAP systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement SAP security roles and profiles based on business requirements.
  • Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyse and troubleshoot authorization issues and provide solutions.
User Administration
  • Manage User Provisioning: Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments.
  • Perform User Administration: Perform user administration in various SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
Compliance and Audit
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Monitor Systems: Monitor SAP systems for security breaches or unauthorized access.
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Conduct regular security audits and reviews.
  • Maintain Documentation: Maintain and update SAP security documentation.
Collaboration and Support
  • Work Collaboratively: Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand security requirements.
  • Provide Support: Provide support for SAP security-related issues and incidents.
  • Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders on SAP security best practices.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with SAP security patches, notes, and best practices.
  • Implement Improvements: Propose and implement improvements to the SAP security framework.
