PhonePe (Merchant Help Desk) Process

As a PhonePe Merchant Help Desk Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide assistance and support to merchants who use the PhonePe platform for their business transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from merchants who require assistance with their PhonePe transactions.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolution of merchant queries and complaints, while adhering to PhonePe's quality standards.
- Liaise with other internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely feedback to merchants.
- Ensure that all merchant queries are logged and tracked to closure within the defined turnaround time.
- Stay up-to-date with PhonePe's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to merchants.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or management as required.
Shift Timing : Day Rotational
Working Days: 6
Shift window: 7am to 12am (home drop)
Week Off : one rotational off
Grad/Undergrad with minimum 1 year customer service exp. is mandatory.
