Help Desk Officer

This profile requires him/her to work closely with the Delivery Team to manage relationships with clients.
**Duties**
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
- Letting customers know about other products of the company offers.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
**What we are looking for.**
- Graduate
- Is Good with MS Excel
- **Must have very good communication skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethics.
- Previous experience working in client engagement or a track record of managing client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing the highest level of customer service, and developing lasting customer relationships.
They need to maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's products and services.
Maximize customer satisfaction by quickly responding to customers’ queries, resolution of problems, providing help desk support and technical advice.
Implement company's productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Enforce company vision, policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
