Job Overview
We are looking for a Help Desk Junior to join our team at Outworks Solutions Private Ltd. As a Help Desk Junior, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar help desk or technical support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or ITIL Foundation are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software
- Create and update user documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
