- Design and implement new solutions and improve the resilience of the current environment
- Knowledge of Active directory, files, and printer service
- Good understanding of exchange 2016, Windows 10 /11, Outlook 2016, and Video Conference device
- Daily Monitoring Heath Check up of all servers & other infrastructure appliances in
- Data Centre.
- Prepare Daily Checklist reports.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2K, Win2K3, Win2K8 servers
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues
- Fine-tune Windows servers for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues faced by users related to Outlook, Sync, and other
- Understanding of basic software for installation
- Active Directory & DNS management
