Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the presales process by gathering and analyzing customer requirements to develop customized solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Prepare highquality proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral to address client needs and requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and product expertise to support the sales team and address client inquiries.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights based on customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or a related field within the [industry/technology sector].
  • Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth through effective pre sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
