The Amazon Business team is dedicated to developing solutions that make it easy for business customers to source, procure, and manage their indirect spends using Amazon.
These customers expect 1:1 engagement through a dedicated sales manager to drive business.We are looking to hire a seasoned sales enablement and operations leader who will be responsible for
i) Driving standardization of B2B sales roles, goals and measurement methodology across teams,
ii) Create and implement best practices followed across geographies and industries in the Customer acquisition and account management domain,
iii) Define SOPs, sales pitches and product solves to be used by teams in their day to day working aimed at maximizing sales team productivity,
iv) setup learning and development initiative, and reporting under a single umbrella for maximum impact. Leverage training and tech to drive efficiency and improve employee effectiveness and experience, and
v) program manage adoption of key customer facing CX product features.
Key Job Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop a go-to-market strategy, account management plan within enterprise verticals
Standardize B2B sales playbook - define ways of working, goals and build tools to improve sales productivity
Owns all facets of the sales process for large, complex strategic accounts within industry assigned
Setup and own sales review mechanisms and surface key hotspots/ customer level insights
Collaborate with partner teams across Amazon to ensure they incorporate Sales priorities into their product and program roadmap
Represent the Voice of Customer across all partner engagements and build programmatic/ product solutions to fix them
Program manage key CX feature adoption by customers
