
Global Product Marketing Head

As a senior leader, you will manage and mentor a team of product marketers,provide strategic direction, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Youwill be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging,and sales enablement, ensuring that our products resonate with target audiencesand drive significant business impact.Responsibilities Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the planning andexecution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launchesand existing product enhancements. This includes defining target markets,buyer personas, and competitive differentiation. New Version Launches - Planning and Execution: Orchestrate the end-to-end launch plan for new product versions, major features, and significantupdates, ensuring maximum market impact and adoption. Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling and differentiatedproduct positioning and messaging that highlights the unique valueproposition of solutions. Ensure consistent messaging acrossall internal and external communications. Content Creation and Thought Leadership: Develop high-quality marketingcontent, including datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, videos, solutionbriefs, case studies, website copy, and blog posts. Provide strategic thoughtleadership in the application security domain, representing atkey industry forums and influencing market direction. Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to createeffective sales tools, training materials, and competitive intelligence toempower them to effectively articulate the value of products. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management,engineering, sales, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment onproduct roadmap, launch plans, and overall business objectives. Demand Generation Support: Partner with demand generation teams todevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads andpipeline for products Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing productmarketing team. Foster professional growth, provide coaching and feedback,and ensure operational excellence across all product marketing initiatives. Analyst Relations: Support engagement with leading industry analysts toensure favorable positioning and comprehensive coverage of productsolutions.Qualifications Experience:o 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5+ years ina leadership role, preferably within the application security orcybersecurity software industry.o Proven track record of successfully launching and growing enterprisesoftware products. Domain Expertise:o Strong understanding of application security concepts, including SAST,DAST, IAST, and SCA.o Familiarity with the DevSecOps and SDLC processes.o Knowledge of the competitive landscape in application security. Marketing Skills:o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability totranslate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, andcompelling marketing messages.o Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make data-drivendecisions.o Proficiency in creating sales enablement tools and training materials. Leadership & Collaboration:o Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influencestakeholders at all levels.o Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
