BricknBolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. We are category creators and front-runners in space. We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for the Stakeholders, Customers, Construction professionals, and Material vendors. Construction has been a highly unorganized and severely tech-deficit industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.
● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using
our technology and processes.
● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million.Earlier Sequoia Surge, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and offline marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong execution capabilities, who can drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints
- Lead brand campaigns, storytelling, partnerships, and PR initiatives
- Measure offline channel performance and impact
- Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and manage external agencies
- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Track KPIs and marketing ROI across all channels
- Own brand strategy, identity, positioning, and tonality
- Drive performance marketing across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, SEO, etc.)
- Oversee digital media planning, execution, and ROI optimization
- Manage CRM, email marketing, automation, and analytics tools
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, retail promotions, and ATL campaigns (OOH, print, radio, etc.)
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to brand, digital, and offline strategies
- Proven success in building impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and creative balance
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred
