We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy and execution for our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic digital campaigns, brand positioning, and performance marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business goals and deliver measurable results.
Roles & Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Head- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for the SaaS product portfolio.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI.
- Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and maximize LTV (Lifetime Value) through data-backed decisions.
- Implement marketing automation for lead nurturing and conversion using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to differentiate the product in the market.
- Lead content creation across blogs, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital touch points. Drive organic growth through SEO best practices and high-value content.
- Manage SEM campaigns for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Oversee website optimization for lead generation and conversion rate improvement.
- Build strategic partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and communities to enhance brand reach.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of scaling SaaS marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and passion for technology-driven marketing.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMRush, or similar platforms.
- Experience in sales enablement and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
