About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Leader from the Ed-Tech industry to head our marketing vertical and drive brand visibility, digital performance, and customer acquisition across online and offline channels. Ideal candidates should have strong experience working in top-tier EdTech companies like BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, Vedantu, Great Learning, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (Digital, ATL, BTL, TTL).

Lead the end-to-end brand, communication, and campaign strategies to elevate market presence.

Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets.

Supervise brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, offline campaigns, and vendor collaborations.

Analyze customer behavior and define customer personas to improve targeting.

Drive performance marketing via SEO, SEM, affiliate networks, paid ads, and remarketing.

Manage web, CRM, and email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

Partner with Sales, Product, and Business teams to align goals and maximize ROI.

Monitor competitive landscape and adapt marketing strategies dynamically.

Collaborate with digital agencies and third-party vendors to meet campaign goals.

Plan and execute offline marketing events, webinars, and community-led programs.

Desired Profile

Proven experience as Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies (e.g., BYJU'S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, etc.)

Hands-on experience running successful digital campaigns and performance marketing strategies.

Deep understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, social platforms, SEO tools, CRM, and automation platforms.

Strong experience with webinar marketing, affiliate marketing, and BTL activations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.

Experience working closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams.

Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

B.Tech / MBA preferred with Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.)

Experience in the global training or online learning business will be a strong plus.
