What You’ll Do

  • Generate qualified leads through outreach, prospecting, and research.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of brand and agency prospects.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to tailor outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships team to optimize lead funnels and conversion.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM hygiene.


What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, media, or agency space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you can make cold outreach sound like warm coffee.
  • A deep curiosity for marketing, brands, and how creators shape consumer behaviour.
  • Resilience, drive, and an obsession with hitting targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
