Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Gurgaon
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential prospects through email marketing, cold calling, and other outreach channels. The primary goal is to generate qualified leads, nurture them, and pass them on to Sales Managers for conversion. This role is critical in expanding our market presence and accelerating revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound email marketing campaigns to identify potential leads.
- Perform cold calling to engage prospects and generate interest in our offerings.
- Qualify and nurture leads to convert cold prospects into warm opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, activity, and status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to hand off qualified leads efficiently.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ yrs Experience in business development, lead generation, or sales outreach.
- Experience working with US clients or markets is preferred
- Strong experience with email marketing campaigns and cold calling techniques.
- Ability to convert cold leads into warm leads with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead qualification methodologies.
