About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and growth-driven professional to join our team as a Healthcare Partnership & Business Development Sales Executive. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the future of healthcare partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with healthcare providers, organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet and exceed business growth targets.
  • Represent the organization confidently in both domestic and international markets.
  • Drive business expansion through trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions for partners.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Additional fluency in Middle Eastern, Latin, or Spanish languages is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence in engaging and presenting to decision-makers.
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle for travel.
  • Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.


Compensation & Details:

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  • Location: Gurugram, Haryana
  • Position: 1 vacancy
  • Employment Type: Full-time
