About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and growth-driven professional to join our team as a Healthcare Partnership & Business Development Sales Executive. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to the future of healthcare partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with healthcare providers, organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet and exceed business growth targets.
- Represent the organization confidently in both domestic and international markets.
- Drive business expansion through trust-based, long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions for partners.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Additional fluency in Middle Eastern, Latin, or Spanish languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in engaging and presenting to decision-makers.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
- Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle for travel.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
Compensation & Details:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Position: 1 vacancy
- Employment Type: Full-time
