With offices in Delhi NCR and Singapore, we are expanding our global footprint and we’re looking for a driven professional to lead India and International growth.Key Responsibilities:Engage and strategise with senior-level executives and CXOs (primarily HR leaders) at prospective companies to demonstrate how KNR adds value to their business.Develop and hunt for new business for the Executive Search, Talent Mapping and Talent Advisory.Create a strong pipeline industry-wise, and focus on meetings with prospects from India, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe.Develop and cultivate deep relationships with company's Senior Executives like VP HR's, Director HR's, CHRO's, MD, CEO's.Manage large global key accounts and take profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.Maintaining the database of clients and the agreements sent.Collaborate closely with the internal teams to ensure the timely deliveryCreate bespoke presentations, client proposals, and negotiate further to close the deals.
